Terms of Service

These terms are a development placeholder. Trekko will publish a reviewed agreement before accepting real customers or payments.

Using Trekko

Trekko helps guests discover nightlife events, create verified accounts, and purchase or claim event tickets. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful, personal or authorized business purposes.

Accounts and verification

We may require phone and email verification before checkout or event management actions. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your contact information current.

Tickets and venues

Event details, availability, age restrictions, refund handling, and entry requirements may be set by venues or event operators. Trekko may limit or deny transactions that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized.

Anti-resell

Tickets are bound to verified buyers. Reselling outside Trekko is prohibited; tickets transferred outside the platform may be invalidated.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled events are processed automatically. Refunds for changed dates or attendee requests follow the operator-specific policy.

Operators

If you list events through Rooms, you are responsible for the accuracy of your event information, lawful operation of the night, and compliance with venue and local regulations. Trekko reserves the right to suspend hospitality accounts that violate these terms.
