Trekko collects account details such as name, username, email, phone number, verification status, session data, and event or checkout activity needed to run the product.
We do not collect more than the product needs to function, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use information to verify accounts, protect checkout and event workflows, show relevant event data, prevent abuse, debug the service, and maintain required operational records.
If you list events through Rooms, we also use your information to manage your hospitality account, contact members of your organization, and publish event details on the public web.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, messaging, payments, infrastructure, and security. These partners are bound by data-protection terms.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
